Inspired by others’ “happiness lists” online, especially MaryG and NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST, I spent today in deep reflection about my own sources of joy. I dug through my notes, particularly those based on reading “Dharma Everyday,” and carefully considered what truly makes me happy. After this process, I discovered recurring themes and grouped my findings. This list presents 30 items in six categories that consistently spark joy in my life.
